FAQ

1. How do I measure my door?
You can watch our “How to measure and select size” video above the size option, then measure your door frame and select the matching size (height × width in cm). If your size isn’t listed, choose the next larger size, or order a custom-fit net for your exact measurements.

2. How do I install the net? Do I need a technician?
No technician is needed. This is a DIY product that you can install in about 15 minutes. Watch the video in the “How To Install” section on this page and follow it step by step.

3. Which door frames can I install it on?
The net can be installed on UPVC, wooden, aluminium and granite door frames.

4. Will the net close by itself when I walk through?
Yes, it closes on its own. The magnets in the middle pull the two panels together after you walk through. You don’t need to use your hands. Kids and pets can walk through too.
