Standard Magnetic AC Curtain | Transparent Design | Thermal Insulated

At LifeKrafts, we want customers to clearly understand the applicable return, exchange and refund process before and after placing an order. Eligibility can differ depending on whether the product is a standard-size product, a custom-size product or another product with specific conditions.

Please review the applicable terms below and refer to the latest information on this page before initiating a return or exchange request.

Returns for Standard-Size Products

Eligible standard-size products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date, subject to the applicable return conditions.

Returned products should be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by the accessories provided with the product. Providing order or purchase information can help the LifeKrafts team process the request more efficiently.

Custom-Size and Customized Products

Custom-size products are made according to the customer's specific requirements and are not eligible for exchange or replacement under the current LifeKrafts policy.

Customized door and window mosquito net orders are prepared according to the measurements provided for the order. Customers should therefore verify all required measurements and product details carefully before confirming a customized purchase.

Exchanges

If an eligible product needs to be exchanged for another available size, colour or model, contact the LifeKrafts customer service team to check the applicable exchange options and current availability.

Exchange eligibility follows the relevant return conditions. Availability of replacement variants can change, so the requested option should be confirmed before the exchange is finalized.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Registered customers may be able to initiate a return request through the applicable order page. Customers can also contact the LifeKrafts customer service team for assistance with the return or exchange process.

When contacting the team, keep the relevant order and product details available so the request can be reviewed accurately.

Returning the Product

Once a return or exchange request is accepted, package the product securely and follow the return instructions provided by LifeKrafts.

Where return shipping is required, use an appropriate and trackable shipping service so the shipment can be monitored until it reaches the return destination.

Product Inspection and Resolution

After the returned product is received, it will be inspected before the applicable refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds and exchanges are handled according to the condition of the returned product, eligibility requirements and the applicable policy in effect for that order.

Refund Processing

For eligible returns, the current LifeKrafts policy states that the refund is issued to the customer's bank account within 4 to 5 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Actual processing time may also depend on the applicable banking or payment process after the refund has been initiated.

Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under the current LifeKrafts policy.

Customers who need assistance with an order should contact the LifeKrafts customer service team as early as possible and refer to the applicable return or exchange conditions where relevant.

Important Information Before Requesting a Return or Exchange

Before initiating a request, review:

• Whether the product is eligible for return or exchange
• Whether it is a standard-size or customized product
• The applicable return period
• The condition of the product
• Accessories or components supplied with the product
• Current availability if an exchange is requested
• Any product-specific conditions shown at the time of purchase

Eligibility and resolution can depend on the individual order and product type.
