Good quality product returns and exchange is not that smooth

Products is good no doubt, I bought for 2nd time one for my mons house and and then recently for my self. While the quality is good but the there were some issues with the window magnet net, first the they send polyster instead of fiberglass, and there was fitting issue, they changed once but the fiberglass one is too long for the same size...didnt ask for exchanged but a smaller size would have been perfect fit.
